MICROHOME

Microhome answers sustainable requirments by use of CO2 neutral materials as natural resorces, as well as solar power supply, rain water, reuse of waste water. as presented on the schemes
A groundfloor is developed by strategy similar to modernist principle of free facade plan, engraved in modular raster of 0.9 / 0.9 m, with central linear infrastructural core parallel with facade. The facade is constructed from sliding Al framed panels resonating environmental conditions. It is designed to be adopted basicly / anywhere / as it’s spatial configuration is based on elongated infrastructural core
ending with two side fields in both directions; living and sleeping. And ´´skin´´ is replacable. As made of natural materials, marble stone, nordic copper, wood, and aluminium, house is meant to be adaptable to preserved historic areas - ( image bottom left V2) , architectural as well as natural environment (image bottom right and rest of the panel V1) . Hence, there is aditional option of skin as monolith marble unit (V2) , material that is applied on the interior surfaces, with copper window shutters that I consider adaptable in the protected areas of architectural heritage sites.
It is easily scalable and transformable into larger house. The prioritized principle of easy installment is accentuated point.
The house is designed to generate it´s own renewable energy, mainly by use of solar panels, mounted on the roof and a geothermal heating pump if site conditions allowed so.
Structure itself follows architectural concept - central column and longitudinal slab, and side light timber cellular frame slabs to span small living and sleepeng rooms.
